William Martin served as the Mayor of Greenfield in Franklin County Massachusetts for 10+ years and has been a local broker in Western MA since 1972. His experience navigating the local legal codes, building requirements and laws are unmatched.

Prior to his days as a Broker, William served as a Combat Medic in Vietnam. William continues to actively support local Veterans and Greenfield Group Real Estate is established as a “Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses”.

Marina Banar has always been drawn to real estate. After graduating from the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS Amherst, she was a part of several entrepreneurial ventures, eventually leaving those to begin investing into real estate. She is now a licensed REALTOR (R), looking to help others find their home or investment property.
